Shipping policy

Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times: We ship via USPS First Class and Priority Mail. Estimated delivery times within the US are 3–7 business days after dispatch.

Tracking: A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has shipped.

International Shipping: We ship to select international destinations. Delivery times and costs vary by country. Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.

Damaged or Lost Items: If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos and we will make it right. For lost packages, please reach out and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
